After a career in emergency services, I began my massage therapy journey in March 2024. I wanted to turn my passion for helping people into a one on one therapeutic experience. Since graduation, my focus has been on putting clients at ease through quality, personalized, communicative touch.
I am currently operating out of my own studio in Woodinville two days a week as well as working full time at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Redmond.

My name is Megan and I have been working at Elements Massage for about a year and a half. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. I love my job and I enjoy providing a relaxing Swedish massage while mixing in myofascial release and stretching.

Xochitl Moreno, graduated from Northwest School of Massage and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Washington State. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their well-being through therapeutic touch, relaxation, and client-centered care. In addition to her massage therapy background, she works in community health, supporting families and connecting them with resources that promote health and wellness. Her education in massage therapy continues to influence her holistic approach to caring for others.

As an Integrative massage therapist and wellness practitioner, Jayda's focus has been on helping clients who carry stress, anxiety, and emotional tension in their bodies.
