Service Description

Have you heard the word Chakra, but aren’t sure what it means? Are you drawn to learning more about what a Chakra is and how this system works with the body? In this class you will be introduced to the Chakra system and how working with this system can increase your health and vitality. You will be taught the seven major Chakras and the role they play to help maintain balance in your body. As part of the class there will be time for experiencing the flow and movement of energy within the body, how this relates to the Chakras and some basic techniques to work with them for health and healing. This will be a fun class and a wonderful introduction to the Chakra system. If this piques your interest, I encourage you to come learn, explore, and play with us.

Cancelation Policy

Call or email to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of start time. If you are ill, please notify us immediately to reschedule. Cancellations within the 24 hour period will be subject to full fee of massage clinic or class.
